Refurbishing a single dwelling in a Grade II listed building located in central London requires careful planning and adherence to regulations to preserve the historic character of the structure. The proposed works include a new mezzanine level to introduce a bedroom area, as the existing layout has been compromised. We have developed a design concept that respects the building’s historic features while incorporating modern functionality. We strive for a balanced approach that blends old and new elements harmoniously.
